We accept returns on full-priced, unworn clothing items within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply email us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process — no fuss, no stress.

Q: Can I return an item if I simply change my mind?

Yes — we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If your piece isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. As long as it’s unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached, we’ll make the return process easy for you.

Q: Do you offer free returns?

At the moment, we’re not able to offer free returns — but we’re actively working on it. For now, customers will need to cover the return postage and send items to:

Q: Can I return accessories?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds on accessories. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: Can I exchange accessories?

In special cases, accessories may be eligible for exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. Once received, our team will conduct a quality check. If everything looks perfect, we’ll proceed with your exchange.

Q: What if the product is returned in poor condition?

To honour our quality standards, items that are returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange. We kindly ask you to try garments with care, and return them just as beautifully as they arrived.

Q: Can I return an item for store credit?

Yes, absolutely! If you’re not quite ready to pick your perfect piece, we’re happy to offer store credit instead of a refund. This will be issued in the form of a personal coupon code, valid for 365 days and redeemable on any future purchase.

Q: Do you accept international returns?

Yes — we do accept international returns, provided your item is in its original condition and returned within the 14-day period. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

Q: How soon will I get my refund?

As soon as your return is scanned by the shipping carrier, we’ll process your refund. It may take 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?

We’re so sorry — that’s never the experience we want for you. If you receive a damaged item, please email support@nesavaali.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Q: What if my item was damaged but it’s outside the return window?

Please do still send us photos. While we can’t accept returns for general wear and tear, if it appears to be a manufacturing defect or unreasonable damage, we’ll absolutely review it and do what we can to help.

Q: Can I return an item for store credit instead of a refund?

Yes — if you’d prefer store credit, we’re happy to issue a personal coupon code valid for 365 days. It’s a flexible way to shop with us again, whenever you're ready.
