Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions - Website
These Terms and Conditions, along with your use of our website, are governed by English law. By using our website, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our website and these Terms and Conditions are designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. While we welcome inquiries and orders from outside the UK, we do not guarantee that using this website or placing an order from outside the UK complies with any non-UK laws or regulations. Therefore, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
Terms and Conditions - Email Correspondence
All emails, their contents, and any attachments are private and confidential. Unauthorized disclosure, use, or dissemination of any part of the message without our prior written consent is prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify us immediately. We and the sender accept no responsibility for viruses; it is your responsibility to scan attachments (if any).
The content of any email does not necessarily reflect our views or those of our officers, and we do not take responsibility for the author's opinions. Emails sent and received may be monitored to ensure efficient operation of our email systems. Incoming and outgoing telephone calls to our offices may be monitored or recorded for training, quality control purposes, and order verification.
Terms and Conditions - Gift Cards
These terms and conditions apply to Gift Cards and e-Cards (collectively referred to as "Gift Cards"). They do not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and refunds will not be provided for the purchase of a Gift Card. Refunds for items purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our Returns Policy, which can be found here. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry of the validity period will be cancelled, and the Gift Card will no longer be valid or usable.

Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Regulations
Below is an explanation of how you can exercise your right to cancel your contract with us under the Consumer Regulations. Please note that our own returns policy may also apply or better suit your needs.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us—Nesavaali Ltd, 108A, Trinity Road, Southend on Sea, SS2 4HJ — of your decision to cancel this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the cancellation form provided here, but it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the cancellation before the period expires.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery option other than our least expensive standard delivery). We may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if the loss results from unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods, or (if no goods were supplied) 14 days after we were informed of your decision to cancel the contract.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them, whichever comes first. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Secure Payment
We accept online payments securely using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology via credit card or debit card. This ensures that any personal information, such as credit card details, is encrypted and safeguarded. Encryption prevents other internet users from accessing this information. You can confirm you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock icon or a key image in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen.
Online shopping is a convenient and secure way to purchase items. To maintain security, always close your internet browser after shopping online, especially if using a shared PC. Keep your password unique and avoid obvious choices, such as your name or other personal information. Never share your password with others and avoid using the same password across multiple sites.
To minimize the risk of fraud, we no longer accept cheques or postal order forms. If a postal order form is received, it will be returned without processing the order or cashing the cheque.
Conformity of Goods
We take care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications on our website are accurate. However, these are intended as general descriptions and are not binding. While we strive for accurate color representation, we cannot guarantee that the color on your screen matches the product due to variations in browser software or computer systems.
We guarantee the colors as depicted in our catalogue, and recommend using the catalogue for the most accurate guide.
We remind you that we are legally obligated to supply goods that conform to our contract with you.
