Orders
We update your order step by step, till you have your package and are ready to dress in happiness. Unfulfilled – Your order is being prepared by our team. Fulfilled Tracking “Confirmed” – Your package is heading to the shipping company. Fulfilled Tracking “In Transit” – Your package is in transit and heading your way!
The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected shipping method and delivery address. It is important to notice that the days are counted as business days and we are only able to honor the estimated delivery that we have available, not being possible to update for a faster one.
You can log into your account to check your order’s status besides the update emails you’ll receive through the process.
If your order is delayed and the tracking has no updates, there’s a chance your package was lost by the carrier. In this case, you can contact our CS team to find the best solution.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
It is possible to edit the address in the order, the new address needs to be for the same country. You can also request to edit the size, depending on the availability and remove items from the order. For that, you can contact our CS team during our business hours. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to make the changes, but we’ll do our best to help! It is important to remember that if the order is already fulfilled, it is not possible to update it.

If you received a refund for an item/order, it could’ve been due to a no-stock case, possible fraud detected, or by request. For more details, you can get in touch with our CS team, and they will be able to inform you.
All due taxes and duties are included in the final price on the checkout page for the United Kingdom orders. You won’t be charged for any extra taxes after completing the order on our website. For other countries, please contact us at hello@farmrio.uk for further information.
Sizing
To help you find your correct size we've created 2 size charts that can guide you:
1.The size chart is regarding your own body measurements. You need to measure yourself (bust, waist, and hips) and see what size matches the same measurements.
2.The product's measurements chart refers to the item itself. It reflects the measurement of each product (flat on table). In that way, to find your correct size, you need to also consider the design of the item. For example, if it's an oversized loose dress, the measurements of its waist and hips will have to be bigger than your waist and hips measurements for the correct fit. If it's a well-tailored, structured outfit, then the measurements of the product will be smaller than your body measurements. You can also take the measurements of a similar item you have and match it with our size chart. Nesavaali size charts are a list of main body measurements (bust, waist, and hip) that reflect the measurements for your size range within our brand. It is a general guideline to help you find what fits you best. Please keep in mind that product measurements may vary according to each style.
Take your measurements directly on the body with a measuring tape around your bust, waist, and hips without over-tightening. Click Video to see how to measure.
Sleeve: Find your sleeve size by measuring your arms from shoulder to wrist.
Shoulder to shoulder: Measure across the curve of your shoulders to the outside edge.
Bust: Measure underneath your armpits around your chest to find the circumference size.
Waist: Place the measuring tape below your rib cage and above your belly button at the smallest part of your waist. Make sure the tape is snug against your body but not too tight :)
Hips: Stand with your feet together to wrap the tape around your hips and the roundest part of your rear, usually 8-9” or 20 cms down from your waist.
Scent

The smell on your box is our Nesavaali signature scent that is sprayed on the packaging at our warehouse before shipment.
